Refund Policy

At Can & Do , customer satisfaction is a priority. That's why we've implemented a simple, flexible, no-return refund policy.

1. Reimbursement conditions

You can request a full refund without having to return the product , if you respect the following deadlines:

  • Customers residing in France :

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to make your request.

  • Customers residing in Switzerland :

You have 90 days from the order date to make your request.

2. Application procedures

To request a refund, simply:

  • Send a clear and explicit email to our customer service via the contact page of the site.
  • Mention the order number , the name used when purchasing , and briefly explain your request.

Our team is committed to processing your request within 2 to 4 working days .

3. Reimbursement

Once the request has been validated, the refund will be made using the payment method used during the purchase , within a maximum of 14 days .

4. No return required

We do not require any product returns . Even if you receive a refund, you keep the item(s) received.

5. Damaged or Defective Orders

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the affected product. A full refund will be issued as per the terms above.
