General Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Scope
These General Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded between Can & Do (SIREN 945146306) (hereinafter "the Seller"), and any adult natural person (hereinafter "the Customer"), acting as a consumer, wishing to make a purchase via the website https://justapaws.com .
Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by the Customer.
Article 2 – Products
The essential characteristics of the products are described on the website. Photographs and visuals have no contractual value. The Seller reserves the right to modify the range of products offered at any time.
Article 3 – Orders
Any order placed on the site implies the Customer's full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a prior dispute.
The order is considered firm after validation of payment and confirmation by email.
Article 4 – Prices and payment terms
Prices are indicated in euros including tax for sales in France, and in Swiss francs including tax for sales in Switzerland.
Delivery costs are specified when ordering.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payment can be made by credit card or any other secure method offered on the Shopify platform.
Shopify charges a 2% commission, included in the displayed price.
Article 5 – Delivery
Deliveries are made to mainland France (free of charge) and Switzerland (with or without charge depending on the product).
Delivery times are indicative and vary between 9 and 14 working days.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or exceptional circumstances.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal and refund policy
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.
At Can & Do , we have chosen to simplify this right:
If the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase , he can benefit from a full refund without obligation to return the product , provided that the following deadlines are respected:
- 15 days after receipt of the product for customers residing in France ;
- 90 days from the order date for customers residing in Switzerland .
To exercise this right, the Customer must send a clear request by email to the contact address indicated on the website. Once the request is validated, the refund will be made by the same payment method used when ordering, within a maximum period of 14 days.
No return of merchandise will be required . The Customer therefore keeps the product, even in the event of a refund.
Article 7 – Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
In the event of non-compliance, the Customer must inform the Seller as soon as possible.
Article 8 – Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal or transport services.
The Seller declines all liability for indirect or immaterial damages caused by the use of the site or the products.
Article 9 – Personal data
The personal data collected is necessary for processing orders and managing the business relationship. It is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
The Client has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose their data by writing to contact.justapaws@gmail.com .
Article 10 – Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to resolve the dispute amicably. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts.
